Q: I am getting an error “No hardware acceleration found.”
A: You need to ensure you have DirectX compliant hardware accelerator and the latest drivers installed for your video card.

Q: I have 3D accelerator but the game is extremely slow.
A: the performance of 3D accelerators has increased over the past few years.But old 3D accelerators may in fact be so slow and have too little memory to be of any use. If this is the case you may need to lower the graphics settings inside Xavenger menu and if that does not help you may consider buying a new 3D accelerator.

 
    
 

Q: When I start the game, the screen goes black and after a while the game exit to windows.
A: Update your video drivers.

A: well, try to reduce grapics and animation details in the game options , and if that didnt help try to remove the background and middle layer
